It's extremely easy for us to verify, and we do it all the time. We use a 3M lead check swab, rub it on the surface, and if the swab turns red, lead is present.

You may relocate tiny objects and delicate items to make room for interior painting. You may wish to remove photos or mirrors from the wall, but only if you are confident in your ability to do so.

Any large items that we can't work around will be moved, and everything will be covered with plastic and tarps. Small objects, such as potted plants, should be moved away from the house while painting the outside. We do ask that you park away from your home and turn on the hose water for our usage.

Painting the outside of a standard home (approximately 2500 square metres) takes around 5-7 days. It depends on how much sanding, repair, and re-glazing is needed. We provide a big enough team to each project to ensure that it is completed on time and without hurrying. Interior tasks take approximately the same amount of time as exterior ones.

It's unusual, and we constantly keep an eye on the forecast. If this occurs, we return once it has dried, prep that side again, and repaint the affected area.

No, we return everything to its original location and remove all of our own trash, scrap, and supplies. We vacuum as required, with the aim of making it seem as if we were never there.
